

Rajadhani Business School successfully organized an International Immersion Program – 2026 for the Fourth Semester MBA students (General MBA and Shipping & Logistics Management) of the 2024–2026 Batch. The programme was conducted from 22 June 2026 to 26 June 2026 in Malaysia with the objective of providing students with global exposure to business practices, cultural diversity, and international academic environments.
A total of 84 MBA students, accompanied by two faculty members, participated in the programme. The immersion programme was designed to enhance students’ understanding of international business, management practices, innovation, and digital transformation through academic engagement and experiential learning.
During the visit, the participants explored several prominent landmarks and cultural attractions in Malaysia, including Thean Hou Temple, the King’s Palace, the National Monument, the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, Batu Caves, Genting Highlands, KL Tower, Independence Square, and Beryl’s Chocolate Factory. These visits provided students with an opportunity to experience Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage, tourism infrastructure, and economic development.
As part of the academic component of the programme, the students visited Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia, where they participated in two interactive workshops conducted by the university faculty.
The workshops focused on the following themes:
- Innovation through Design Thinking – introducing students to real-world case studies that demonstrated how design thinking is applied to solve business challenges and foster innovation.
- Digital Transformation in the Business Environment – exposing students to contemporary business practices and real-world case studies on how digital technologies are transforming organizations and industries.
These sessions enabled students to gain practical insights into emerging business trends, innovation strategies, and digital transformation in a global context. Upon successful completion of the workshops, all participants were awarded an International Immersion Program Certificate by Multimedia University, Malaysia.
The International Immersion Program provided students with valuable international exposure, strengthened their global business perspective, and enhanced their professional and intercultural competencies. The programme successfully combined academic learning, industrial awareness, and cultural experiences, making it a highly enriching and memorable educational initiative for the MBA students of Rajadhani Business School.
