Mr.Harikrishnan Nair N J

B.Sc. (Computer Science), MBA (Marketing& HRM), UGC-NET Qualified, Pursuing PhD in Management from Bharathiar University

Mr. Harikrishnan has around 8 years of experience comprising associations with retail operations, marketing and teaching. He has around 4 years of industry experience in different organizations, predominantly in retail operations and marketing. His experience in retail cuts across the organizations in India and UAE. He has 4 years of teaching experience. Prior to joining RBS, he was working as an Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator with Holy Grace Academy of Management Studies, Trissur (affiliated to Calicut University). He was actively involved and coordinated department works, student development events, industrial tours, guest lectures and the like. He has organized several National and International Conferences and students’ Management Fests. He taught several courses in Marketing, International Business and HRM. He is currently pursuing PhD in Management from Bharathiar University. He also functions as a trainer and has conducted several training programs for school teachers and sales managers. Mr. Harikrishnan has attended several FDPs in IIM-Kozhikode, NIT Calicut etc. His current research interests are in the areas of Consumer Behavior, Online Buying Behavior, Retail Buying Behavior, and Retail Marketing.
