Rajadhani Business School (RBS) is established in the year 2013 as part of Rajadhani Group of Educational Institutions. The Business School is located in the pristine hillocks of Nagaroor, in the same campus of its parent institution, Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), close to IT hub of Kerala, Technopark and upcoming technology park, Technocity. The management program, offered by RBS, is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University is uniquely designed to bridge up the gaps between academics and corporate practices. The business school follows a hybrid approach teaching – learning processes which include class room lectures, case analysis, simulation exercises, internship, projects and international immersion programme. The various activities under each of these dimensions help to the RBSites mould and transform into professionally competent, socially sensitive and globally sensible individuals.

Academics

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) offered by RBS is a full time two year programme spread over four semesters with one internship and a project. The programme is approved by AII India Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Trivandrum. The MBA programme at RBS aims at the development of a well-rounded person with the right balance of leadership skills and social responsibility. The curriculum designed by the university is well defined to develop the students to think, to learn, to innovate and to apply what they learn in real life situations with the dynamics of the changing business environment.

The course structure contains a core courses covering all foundation areas in management that build a holistic general management perspective, and a set of elective courses with a functional and domain thrust aimed at building job specific skills and knowledge in the chosen area of specialization. RBS offers Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Operations Management and Information System Management as electives. Students are also offered with contemporary job market driven non-credit add-on certification courses, to enhance their employability quotient.

Project Management Institute – Kerala Chapter
Project Management Institute is the world’s largest not-for-profit of membership associations for the Project Management professionals. PMI community has more than a half-million members and credential holders across the globe. PMI delivers value for the millions of project professionals working in nearly every country in the world through global advocacy, collaboration, education and research. The PMI Trivandrum Kerala Chapter is one among the 8 local chapters of PMI India.  The Chapter was established with an aim to build professionalism in project management. Ever since its inception, the Chapter has been providing significant value not restricted to the project management community, but also to the society.
National Institute of Personnel Management – Trivandrum Chapter
The National Institute of Personnel Management is a professional association for human resource management professionals headquartered in Kolkata. With its National Office at Kolkata, NIPM has a total membership of about 10,000 spread over 53 Chapters all over the country. NIPM is a non­profit making body devoted to building professional excellence in the field of Human Resource Management through regular activities ranging from Evening Lectures to People Process Quality Certifications. Through the student’s chapter, HR managers interacts with our students which sharpen their people skills as well as knowledge.
Trivandrum Management Association (TMA)
Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) is an affiliate of All India Management Association (AIMA), an apex body of professional managers engaged in promoting Excellence in Management pan India. TMA, established in 1985 presently has nearly 300 individual members, more than 30 corporate members and nearly 50 student members. The flagship events of TMA are Annual Convention branded TRIMA and the Management Leadership Award which is presented to an individual who has shown exceptional leadership qualities in the field of Management in Kerala State.
